How do I log into the Employee Portal?

From the Login menu at masterpayusa.com, click on Payroll & Timekeeping.


On this page, click on the blue button labelled Payroll Relief >>


Enter the User Name provided in your Welcome Email and the Password you created and click Log in.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot your password? link on the Login page, and enter your User Name and email address to receive an email with a link to reset it.


If you do not know your User Name and/or email address associated with your account, please Submit a Ticket above and we can send you a link with this information. 


Tip: The default User Name is the prefix to your email address (everything before the @ sign) Example: Default User Name for [email protected] would be jane. Because User Names must be unique, there are instances where the default User Name must be overridden on the Employee Setup screen.

Note: An email address is required for access to the Employee Portal. Our system issues an email to the address provided in the Employee Setup screen. This email includes the Login Name and a first-time-use-only link from which to securely set up a password and access the Employee Portal. Note, this link expires after 24 hours. If the original link has expired or the employee has forgotten their password, a new link can be generated by the Employer by clicking on the Reset Password link on the bottom of the Employee Setup screen, or the employee can Submit a Ticket above and we can send a new link to them.
